We are one of the world's most-established collectibles dealers, having been in this business since 1975. Our reputation is indeed spotless.

Please provide as much information as possible, since the more we know about your item the more accurate our appraisal will be. If more space is needed, use the "Comments" box.

The appraisal fee is just $5.00 per item. One item per form please. We accept Visa or MasterCard and your credit card data is secure with us. We are well-established, having been in this same business since 1975. State sales tax will be added to Washington orders.

If you prefer, you may call us at (360) 385-1200 and we'll take the billing information personally. Call between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time (M-F). To choose this option, simply enter "will call" in the space provided for a credit card number. (Then don't forget to call!)

However, the appraisal itself is NOT done on the phone — only by e-mail or postal mail.

Another payment option is to mail $5.00 in cash or money order (NO PERSONAL CHECKS please!) along with your responses to the questions in the form below. Money orders may be made payable to Osborne. If you do not have e-mail, please include a self-addressed, STAMPED envelope for reply. (No S.A.S.E., no reply!) Please make sure to print address clearly, whether e-mail or physical. Two important points to double check if using U.S. mail:

1. Payment must be in cash, money order, or Visa/Mastercard. No checks!

2. Be sure to provide either an e-mail address, or a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Our service is 100% guaranteed to satisfy or there will be no charge. If your item is beyond our research abilities, we will notify you of that. There is no charge whatsoever if we are unable to appraise your item.

If you think we would benefit by seeing a photo of your collectible, save it as a JPG image file, attach it to an e-mail and send it to jpo@olympus.net. Please do not send photos, or other materials, by U.S. Mail unless they are copies that you do not want returned.

When sending more than one form — one after the other — you need not repeat the address, phone, and credit card data. Just make sure to complete the "Name" field.

Manufactured, mass-produced items are appraised with values based on near-mint condition only. Since you have access to the item, and we do not, proper evaluation requires making an appropriate price reduction to allow for wear, aging, and flaws.

This is an appraisal service only. We are not a brokerage. As such, please to not ask us who will buy your item. We do offer a collectibles site where anything can be offered for sale at set prices. Important Notes: All of the information supplied by Osborne Enterprises, including valuations, is compiled from the most reliable sources. Though every effort will be made to be accurate, errors are still possible. We will not be held responsible for losses which may occur in the purchase, sale, or other transaction of items because of information provided by us. We keep our appraisal fee very low by limiting the research to providing just than — an appraisal of current value. Please do not request additional correspondence and details. This includes inquiries about how many were made, when and by whom, do we know anyone in your area that will buy from you, do counterfeits exist and if so how can they be identified, etc., etc. A small service charge may be applicable if we are required to go to extra time and effort because of incorrect information supplied to us. Appraisals are done in the order received, and most are done in about a week. If you don't receive a reply within two weeks, call or e-mail us again. You may have entered an invalid address, or failed to send a S.A.S.E. In either case, we will hold your appraisal until we hear from you.
